EIS has been leading the way in discussing how operators should be central to all conversations about digital transformation.  This article by Kevin White highlights the attention that must be paid to our most important assets in our facilities – our operators- as we integrate technology more and more into their daily operations.  If our goal is to improve their safety, health, and system reliability, then the technology in the plant needs to start working for the operators.
