Mike Eiselt
Founder and President
The North American and Australian region is led by Mike Eiselt, Founder and President, who has been driving the company’s growth since its inception in 1994. With over three decades of experience in consulting, project management, and digital transformation—primarily within the life sciences industry—Mike has collaborated with 15 of the top 20 life science companies worldwide. His consistent ability to exceed customer expectations has fostered many long-lasting client relationships. Known for his strategic insights and innovative approach, Mike excels in delivering tailored solutions that drive success and growth.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Marquette University. Mike is based in our North American office.
Rajeev Joshi
Sr. VP of Products and Special Projects, Co-Founder of OpsTrakker
Rajeev Joshi brings decades of experience in product innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence. As the Senior Vice President of Products and Special Projects at EIS, Inc., he drives the strategic direction and development of advanced manufacturing solutions, including the creation and evolution of OpsTrakker – a pioneering Light MES solution.
With a deep passion for driving customer success, Rajeev focuses on aligning technology with business goals to deliver impactful, compliant, and scalable solutions for EIS’s regional and global clients. His expertise and vision play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commitment to reducing operational risks and enhancing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
Rajeev holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune.
