With over 25 years of experience in operational excellence, project and program management, and consulting, Alp has a proven track record in building and managing teams, transforming organizations, and improving processes. He excels in delivering business and technology solutions, particularly within life sciences and regulated industries. His strategic vision and hands-on approach ensure that complex challenges are met with effective, tailored solutions.

Before this role, Alp held C-level management positions in life sciences MES-focused consulting firms in the U.S.

Alp holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
